        Yes, what you want to avoid you think of most. And what you think of most you manifest as all thoughts become reality. That is why american people create drugs and war, all the things you put energy in to avoid grow as long as you think of it. Child abuse, the more you think and exose the more it occures. It never happens in my life because it doesn't intrest me.

        You want love but think of war, so you get war. It's easy.

          But we are so genetically tuned to think about what to avoid ? why is that ? and how can we avoid thinking about how to avoid ?

            There is no WE....maybe you are geneticaly tuned into something, and if you THINK you are, you are.
            I am not thinking geneticly, so I don't manifest those things. Seth is all about thinking, what you think is.

            There is a great deal of people thinking and going to war, but none in my life, it doesn't interest me. It has no deal of my thinking so no deal of my reality. However sadnes and tragedy has a part in my life but I embrace it as a shadow of the sun.

              So if we wish to avoid sadness and tragedy then they come but if we don't then they also come, so is it the case that we just can't completely avoid thinking of these things in our unconscious mind. I think that's what I meant. Embracting the sadness is definitely an integral part of this existence, but we can definitely try to draw more light into our worlds.

                Light comes 12/12 hours on the equator and even balanced in our regions. We don't need more light. It is a waste of energy, light is a natural phenomenon, you only can influence your own mental processes, but you cannot change nature, it grows as it is, and it grows beautifull! Why more light? I think the world is bright enough.

                  I do not mean light in the physical form of it but in the spiritual meaning of light (althought some say they are same), as we can change our mental processes we can change the way we experience the world. I think we can focus our intentions on the love, light and happiness rather than on hate, dark and sadness, even as they all exist in the universe.

                    Why would you do that? And speaking of "we" I don't want you to change my world. (I know I used the "We" word too) So change what you want, I'm perfectly happy as it is. No more light! I want some dark to stay in.

                      No worries Prayoga, the dark won't leave, it may go thinner, but there is so much of it out there, that you may not even notice. Besides ,your own experience of the world is anyway created by you and you can keep more dark in your world if you choose to. Even if I'm happy with there world as it is, I can still see how there is potential out there for a much more exciting world. Whether you want it or not, at every moment, things change, that's is just the nature of the universe.
